Connections and networking
The Directors’ Institute of Finland holds regular members’ luncheons and breakfast briefings featuring keynote speakers on important topics. These events allow you to connect and build strong networks with fellow members and business leaders. The Annual Meeting of the association, in May, coincides with a high-profile seminar based on a key theme relating to corporate governance.

Members receive our monthly e-mail newsletters as well as Boardview, the quarterly magazine.
Board members’ recruitment services
Our members can register their availability for board assignments on our recruitment site which is specially designed to serve small and medium-sized enterprises. The recruitment and agency services are free of charge to members.
Influencing
The Directors’ Institute of Finland is a highly respected and regular issuer of policy and position papers. Our members are regular contributors to the preparation of these opinions and papers.
